Fox Creator Studios Adds Two Senior Executives to Leadership Team

Fox Creator Studios has appointed Bryan Thoensen and Kirsten McAuliffe to senior roles as the company moves to expand its presence in the creator economy.

Thoensen joins the studio as senior vice president of creator partnerships. He previously held positions focused on digital talent and brand collaborations, where he worked with online personalities to build content and sponsorship deals. In his new role, he will oversee relationships with creators and help develop new opportunities across platforms.

McAuliffe takes on the position of senior vice president of content strategy. She brings experience in programming and audience development, having worked with both traditional media and digital first brands. Her responsibilities will include shaping the studio's content slate and identifying creators whose audiences fit the company's goals.

The hires signal a broader push by Fox Creator Studios to compete in a market where traditional media companies are increasingly looking to work with independent creators. That space has grown crowded in recent years, with platforms, agencies and studios all vying for talent that can draw loyal audiences and steady engagement.

Executives at the studio said the two appointments are meant to strengthen its ability to sign creators and turn those partnerships into shows, live events and other formats. The company has not announced specific projects tied to the new hires, but expects both to begin working with creators and internal teams in the coming months.
