Troubling Experiences with TAP Air Portugal: Cancellations and Overbooking

I recently traveled to Portugal with a friend, flying with TAP Air Portugal to Lisbon and Madeira. Unfortunately, our journey was marred by a series of issues that began long before we boarded the plane.

Months prior to our departure, we faced multiple flight cancellations that left us scrambling for alternative arrangements. Each time we thought we had a solution, another cancellation would pop up, creating a sense of uncertainty and frustration.

When we finally did take to the skies, the problems continued. The flights were overbooked, leading to a chaotic boarding process. Many passengers were left standing in line, unsure if they would be able to board their scheduled flights. The stress of the situation overshadowed the excitement of our trip.

Despite the beautiful destinations we visited, the experience with TAP Air Portugal was disappointing and left us questioning whether we would choose this airline for future travels.
